1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gitago website accessible at gitago.bet and all associated pages, tools, and services made available through it.
• "Account" means the personal account you register with gitago to access the Platform's services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or any other incentive credited to your Account by gitago.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which gitago accounts are denominated.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion, and time-out features available within your Account settings.

References to "including" are not to be construed as limiting the generality of any preceding words.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 The gitago Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gitago strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. 21+
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the gitago Platform or had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. If gitago discovers that you hold more than one Account — including Accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — gitago reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts immediately, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances, including real-money funds obtained through bonus abuse across multiple Accounts.

2.3 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify gitago promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 gitago reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time, in its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance to the player through the original payment method.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 gitago is committed to maintaining a secure platform and preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. To this end, gitago may request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time, including but not limited to:

• National ID card, passport, or driving licence (front and back).
• A selfie or photograph holding the identity document.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document) dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

3.2 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. gitago reserves the right to place a temporary hold on Account funds while verification is pending.

3.3 Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period (typically 7 calendar days after request) may result in Account suspension or closure. Any real-money balance established prior to the KYC request will be returned subject to our anti-fraud review.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gitago currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account balance.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your gitago Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. gitago is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for fully KYC-verified Accounts. gitago will return funds only to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the Account and that is registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). gitago does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.

4.6 Transaction Records. A complete record of all deposits and withdrawals is available in the Transaction History section of your Account. It is your responsibility to retain records of transactions for your own reference.

4.7 gitago does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet provider) may apply their own charges, for which gitago accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 gitago may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. gitago operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Placing opposing bets across two Accounts (matched betting using gitago accounts).
• Using bonuses in a systematically low-risk manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

5.4 Bonus funds and winnings generated solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately; real-money funds are always used before bonus funds unless you instruct otherwise.

5.5 gitago reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets are governed by gitago's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the Help section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between a general term in this Agreement and a specific rule in the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of that specific bet type.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or live physical equipment supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel.

6.3 Manifest Errors. If gitago offers a bet, sets odds, or credits a payout due to a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake, gitago reserves the right to void the affected bet or correct the payout to the amount that would have applied had the error not occurred. gitago will notify affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.

6.4 Bet Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. gitago reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Where applicable, these limits will be displayed in the betting interface. Winnings above applicable limits will not be paid.

7 Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gitago Platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any non-human tool.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software underlying the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be void.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Registering an Account on behalf of a minor or a person who is self-excluded from the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting gitago's dispute resolution process.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 gitago is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. gitago provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the number of hours you may spend on the Platform within a given period.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing during a session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your Account will be suspended from wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period.

9 Account Security and Privacy

9.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. gitago will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or chat.

9.2 You must notify gitago immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. gitago will investigate all reported security incidents promptly and take appropriate action, which may include temporary Account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.

9.3 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the gitago Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

9.4 All data transmitted between your device and the gitago Platform is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. gitago stores personal and financial data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the gitago Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the property of gitago or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without gitago's prior written consent.

10.3 The gitago name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary. Use of these marks without express written permission from gitago is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gitago shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses caused by a player's own negligence, error, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

11.2 gitago's aggregate liability to you under this Agreement in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

11.3 Nothing in this clause limits gitago's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 gitago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gitago will provide notice by posting the revised terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, gitago may also send a notification to your registered contact details.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

12.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. gitago recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform to remain informed of any changes.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gitago operates as an international online gaming platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction.

13.2 Complaint Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or any transaction, you should first contact gitago's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint including your Account username, date of the disputed transaction, and a clear description of the issue. gitago commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a full response within 7 business days.

13.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, gitago will work with the player in good faith to find a mutually acceptable resolution.

13.4 You agree that any dispute must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered.

14 Severability and Entire Agreement

14.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sportsbook Rules, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and gitago in respect of your use of the Platform, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.3 gitago's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
